Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
The length of a life coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more.

Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client. I currently offer a 90 day program specifically designed for your goals, an achievements.

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients. Most of my clients Schedule their sessions via phone call.
